Tom Meyer will lead a presentation that discusses the science of time-cycle forecasting from the first iterations postulated by Fourier to the use today of time-cycles as a tool in the modern financial markets. The discussion will include definitions of the elements comprising time-cycle charts and how reading these charts is different from normal technical analysis.
