BIO:  Frank L. Teixeira is a Senior Vice President, Partner, and Director of Technical Analysis of Wellington Management Company, LLP.  He is also the chief technical analyst in Wellington Management's Technical Analysis Group.   Prior to joining Wellington Management in 1997, Mr. Teixeira was a market analyst at Merrill Lynch (1991 -1997) and was a compliance examiner for the New York Stock Exchange (1989 -1991).  Mr. Teixeira received his M.B.A. in finance from Hofstra University and his B.S. in finance from St. John's University. Frank holds both the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. He is a member of CFA Institute, Chartered Market Technician Association, and the Boston Security Analysts Society.  Education: B.S. St. John's University, M.B.A. Hofstra University
