David Keller, CMT, is a Managing Director of Research for Fidelity Investments in Boston. He manages the Technical Analysis team at Fidelity Management and Research, as well as the legendary Fidelity Chart Room. David is a Chartered Market Technician, and has served as Vice President and Chair of the Regions Committee for the Market Technicians Association. He was formerly a Technical Analysis Application Specialist with Bloomberg L.P. in New York, and was a regular contributor to Bloomberg Markets magazine. David is the editor of the book Breakthroughs in Technical Analysis: New Thinking from the World's Top Minds, published August 2007 by Bloomberg Press. He received degrees in Music and Psychology from The Ohio State University.

Tim Snavely, CFA, CMT, is a native of Philadelphia, PA.
He graduated as the outstanding undergraduate student in finance from Emory University in 1997, and then joined the Investment Strategy team at Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, GA. In 2002, Tim became the firm’s technical market analyst, sharing top-down market analysis and investment guidance with private and institutional clients for four years before moving to institutional equity sales in 2006.
He currently works as an institutional equity salesperson for NY and Mid-Atlantic accounts with a subspecialty in financials-related funds for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, GA.

Craig Fullen is a Portfolio Manager for Advanced Asset Management Advisors, Inc. (AAMA), a registered investment advisory firm with approximately $350 million under management. In addition, Craig is the President of The Fullen Law Group Co., LPA, a law firm which concentrates in the areas of corporate/business law and contract preparation, review and negotiation.
Prior to joining AAMA, Craig was the President and Founder of Formika Investment Strategies, Inc. from 2002-2008. Earlier in his career, Craig served as Assistant General Counsel for Crane Plastics Company, a Columbus, Ohio-based plastics manufacturing firm, from 1999-2002 where he managed the legal affairs of variety of companies affiliated with Crane Plastics Company, including the handling of a number of acquisitions and divestitures. Craig was also a senior associate with the Columbus, Ohio law firm, Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP (Porter Wright), from 1992-1999 where he practiced corporate/business law. At Porter Wright, Craig advised public and privately-held companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions, contractual issues, business entity selection and formation, private-placement equity offerings, and various business-related transactions.
Craig is also the Chair for the Finance Committee for the MTA.

Sam Levine, CMT, CFA is known within the Market Technicians Association for his past service on the Nominating Committee and the Charles H. Dow Award judges' panel. In 2007, he was also named a Volunteer of the Year by the NY Society of Security Analysts for his work coordinating CFA® study groups. Sam has also authored dozens of personal financial columns for three regional magazines and reported daily on the financial markets for an award-winning radio station in the Hamptons.
Sam is the managing partner of the Buttonwood Group, an executive search firm solely focused on investment management. He is responsible for training, compliance and overall strategy of the firm. Aside from management duties, Sam also actively recruits for registered investment advisor firms across the United States.
He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), the Market Technicians Association and the CFA Institute®. Sam is a U.S. Army veteran and graduated as the Outstanding Senior in Psychology from the State University of NY at Stony Brook's psychology honors program. When not in the Grosse Pointe, Michigan home of the Buttonwood Group, he and his family can sometimes be found in their home state of New York. His personal passions include scuba diving and guitar.

MacNeil Curry, CMT, CFA, situated in New York, is a Technical Strategist at Barclays Capital, part of their Global Technical Strategy Team. Before Barclays, he spent five years at IDEAglobal as a Technical Analyst covering various markets while specializing in Foreign Exchange.
He has also worked as an execution trader at Refco Group and on the Fixed Income Desk at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He is a holder of the CMT and CFA designations and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
Previously, MacNeil taught the CMT Institute (CMTi) Level 1 course during the Winter/Spring of 2006, and currently teaches the CMTi Level 2 course.

Carson Dahlberg, CMT is a Technical and Quantitative Analyst/Trader for a Schaeffer's Investment Research in Cincinnati, OH. He primarily trades equity, ETF and option strategies for clients. He received a degree in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and was awarded the Chartered Market Technician designation in January of 2008.
Carson has served in the MTA in a various capacities. He was the founder and first Chapter Chair of the Charlotte Chapter for the Market Technicians Association. Carson is presently serving as Director and level ll instructor of the CMTinstitute, on the Ethics and Admissions Committees, and is the Board Liaison for the Journal of TA Committee.

Phil Erlanger, CMT Phil Erlanger is the President of Phil Erlanger Research and has been providing research to institutions since the early 1990s. Prior to starting Phil Erlanger Research, Phil was the Senior Technical Analyst for Fidelity Management & Research. Phil came to Fidelity from Advest where he was the Chief Technical Analyst through most of the 1980s.
Phil has developed Erlanger Chart Room, a technical analysis platform that focuses on advanced technical indicators that include in depth sentiment and seasonal studies. This platform runs on eSignal, Bloomberg and MB Trading. Phil has also developed the free www.goodmorningwallst.com educational video series that offers videos that teach how to use technical analysis in the real world.
Mr. Erlanger is a two-time past president of the Market Technicians Association. In 1997, Mr. Erlanger won the MTA Best of the Best Award for Computer Assisted Analysis.
Mr. Erlanger has lectured at Universities such as Rutgers, MIT, Boston University, Howard University, Emory and as an adjunct Professor at Bentley College where he taught a course in Technical Analysis. He is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Economics.

Doaa Elwy Fahmy, CMT, is the chief technical analyst in Pharos holding, ranked number "nine" in the Egyptian stock market and currently in the process of developing the first technical analysis managed fund in the Middle East region.
Doaa worked for Beltone financial one of the top ten companies in Egypt and have branches in UAE and KSA. She was doing Egypt and UAE markets. Also worked for SIGMA as chief technical analyst and was ranked one of the top companies in Egypt.
Doaa is the vice president and the head of education committee of the Arab Society of Technical Analysts (ASTA), the first Regional society for the technical analysts in the Middle East.
Doaa is a graduate from faculty of engineering, communication department 1999, with a good final grade, with excellence, and with honors for the final year project.
In Addition, Doaa has a strong computer and IT background supported by having an IT diploma 2000 from the Information Technology Institute (ITI), with excellence and with honors, ranked highest grade among all the graduates and was honored by the minister of IT and communication at this time (Dr. Ahmed Nazeef).
Doaa has started her career in the Investment by studying Edinburgh MBA courses, Finance, Accounting and Marketing courses since 2001, Moved from this completely to studying the technical analysis with private tutors, courses.
Doaa is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT). She is the first woman to get the CMT in the Middle East and she is also a CPM (Certified Portfolio Manager) holder, an authorized Egyptian Portfolio management certificate.
Doaa's market outlooks frequently appear in the Financial main channels (Al-Arabya and CNBC Arabia), commenting technically on the Egyptian, GCC markets. Also, writes a weekly market outlook in World Today (Al-Alam Alyoum), the main financial newspaper in Egypt.

Kristin Hetzer, CMT, CIMA, CFP, is Principal and Founder of Royal Palms Capital, LLC, an independent registered investment advisory firm in Rolling Hills Estates, California. Prior to founding her firm, Ms. Hetzer provided discretionary portfolio management within major Wall Street firms’ Portfolio Investment Management divisions. Ms. Hetzer began her career as a Registered Representative with Merrill Lynch in 1982. Her previous experience includes Kidder Peabody & Co, Prudential Securities and UBS.
Kristin Hetzer is an active Member of the MTA and Chair of the Los Angeles MTA Chapter. She joined the Market Technicians Association organization in 2000 as an Affiliate and received her Chartered Market Technician designation in 2003. She received her Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from The Investment Management Consultants Association in 2000 through the Wharton School of Business. Ms. Hetzer has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1989.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hope College in 1978, and has attended California State University of Long Beach Graduate School of Business.
Ms Hetzer and her husband, Greg, have a daughter and son and reside in San Pedro, California.

Larry M. Berman, CMT, CTA, CFA, is a Co-Founder of ETF Capital Management, and brings nearly twenty years of industry experience to the role of Chief Investment Officer. Larry has been consistently ranked as one of Canada’s “Top 3 Analysts” according to institutional investor surveys.
Larry began his career as a Toronto based investment advisor in 1989 and completed a technical internship in New York with the Market Technicians Association (MTA) in 1994, where he studied the techniques of many top Wall Street technicians. Prior to founding ETFCM, he was Chief Technical Strategist and Managing Director for CIBC World Markets since 1997. Larry was a senior technical analyst for Thomson IFR in Boston and senior technical analyst and trader for Marleau, Lemire Futures in Toronto.
He is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and is a US registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA).
Larry is the primary author of the textbook for the technical analysis course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), which is the primary source of education for technical analysis in Canada. Larry is past President of the Canadian Society of Technical Analysts (CSTA), past Vice-Chairman (Americas) of the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), and is currently the President of the Market Technicians Association (MTA). Tom is a licensed CPA with more than three decades of experience: As an audit consultant with Price Waterhouse, a corporate controller at the advertising agency of J.Walter Thompson, and as a controller and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the public relations firm, Hill and Knowlton.
Tom then spent ten years at the human resources solutions company DBM, Inc., where he rose to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and, finally, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Tom has years of experience working with company Boards and financials.
He has managed issues ranging from human resource management to information technology, and he is an accomplished business strategist.
